Ines Kembel

Ines Kembel

Office Manager

Ines Kembel celebrates diversity and thus describes herself as a polyglot, mother, Surinamese native with Dutch citizenship, and, of course, Los Angeles resident. Ines was born in Suriname and lived in the Netherlands, where she received her bachelor’s degree in communications before moving to Chicago, where she earned a master’s degree in entertainment and media management. A search for warmer weather led her to LA.

Ines was introduced to the real estate industry by her mother, who helped Ines obtain her first rental property at age 18. After acquiring further marketing and communications skills in higher education, Ines recognized that the qualities of an effective real estate agent include an appreciation of individuals, an understanding of different markets, and the savvy to achieve business goals. A self-described “marketing strategy addict,” Ines’ skills include online research, social media, product management, executive administration, and virtual and personal assistance.

Ines works to empower buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams, whether it’s finding the home they want in a community they’ll like or navigating the LA real estate market to reach the right buyer for a property. Ines adopts her clientele’s concerns as her own, which enables her clients — often first-time homebuyers and families — to focus on the bigger picture while Ines is trusted to handle the details.

In her free time, Ines enjoys spending quality time with her daughter. She has an array of interests outside of real estate, including playing classical piano, singing, songwriting, listening to an eclectic repertoire of music, and studying musical composition. As a lupus survivor, she is passionate about volunteering for organizations such as the Alliance for Lupus Research and the Lupus Foundation of America.
