A kickboxing world champion, Anna “Anya” Bogomazova’s competitive nature helps her succeed in the cutthroat Los Angeles market. Anya grew up in Russia, where she earned a law degree before following her passion to become a professional athlete. However, real estate was already calling to her. Anya’s mother was a successful real estate broker, and Anya even sold a penthouse to a professor in college. When Anya was ready to hang up her boxing gloves and move to the U.S., real estate was the obvious choice. She entered the industry in Miami, gaining experience with construction, new developments, and investing.
Anya leverages her broad background to serve her clients. She offers athletic drive, legal precision, and a world traveler’s empathy. A true people person, Anya loves nothing better than connecting with her clients, and she personalizes her approach to their unique needs. Anya is equipped to help any demographic, from first-time buyers to retirees. Having relocated herself, she is particularly passionate about helping international buyers find their new home.
Anya’s life revolves around service. She is very active with Global Empowerment Mission, a nonprofit that is currently helping victims of the war in Ukraine; because she is part Ukrainian, the cause is especially close to Anya’s heart. A comedy lover, she has also organized stand-up comedy shows to benefit Ukraine. Anya enjoys hiking — both at home in LA and all over the world, spending time with family and friends, performing stand-up comedy, and meeting new people.
